About GV Hotels

Our Humble Beginnings

In 1999, GV Hotels started out as GV Pension House. It operated a 20-room establishment in Maasin City, Leyte where business was done with one thing in mind—to make accommodations affordable, practical, and budget-friendly for all kinds of travelers, from sales agents to backpackers to executives.

Initially, GV Hotels catered to traveling sales agents, known for seeking out affordable, yet clean and secure, hotels in the areas they visit. It started becoming known for its competitive rates and comfortable rooms. Soon, other budget-conscious tourists started booking in as well. The rest is history.
