How to Get There

The fastest way to get to Biliran is to fly to Tacloban then take an aircon shuttle van or ordinary fare bus to Naval, Biliran.
Coming from Cebu, fast crafts are available to Ormoc City where shuttle vans are also available  for Naval.
Naval-Tacloban and Naval-Ormoc bus routes are available to get to Biliran. Bus from Manila to Naval are also available.

Going Around Biliran

Once in Biliran, there are several ways to get around the island. Minicabs, jeepney, tricycles and habal-habals are all available to transport commuters from town to town. Of these, the habal-habal is the most commonly used transporation because it is more suitable for the rough roads of the highway.
